Ryan Macabasco (MPH)

Mr. Macabasco has over eight years of experience providing leadership, direction, and management support for global health programs. His areas of expertise include: project and financial management, contracts and grants management, and human resources. Prior to joining SPRING, Mr. Macabasco spent three years on the Bill & Melinda Gates-funded Africa Routine Immunization System Essentials (ARISE) project, where he provided programmatic, managerial, and operational support to project teams from start-up through closeout. He has served in various leadership positions across SPRING and has an in-depth understanding of project operations at the home and field office levels. Mr. Macabasco holds an MPH from Boston University focusing on Global Health.

M. Macabasco dispose de plus de huit ans d'expérience dans le leadership, la direction, et la gestion des programmes de santé mondiale. Ses domaines d'expertise sont la gestion financière et la gestion des projets, la gestion des contrats et des subventions, et les ressources humaines. Avant de rejoindre SPRING, M. Macabasco a travaillé pendant trois ans sur le projet ARISE (Africa Routine Immunization System Essentials), financé par la Fondation Bill et Melinda Gates, où il a apporté un appui programmatique, managérial et opérationnel aux équipes du projet, depuis sa création jusqu'à sa clôture. Il a occupé plusieurs postes de direction auprès de SPRING et possède une excellente maîtrise des opérations du projet aussi bien au niveau du bureau du siège que dans les bureaux de pays. M. Macabasco est titulaire d'un Master de santé publique (MPH) décerné par l'Université de Boston dans la spécialité de la Santé mondiale.
