Making the Case for Fruits and Vegetables

How the horticulture and nutrition communities can work together to make fruits and vegetables a global priority. The call began with highlights from a June conference held at UC Davis (, and discussion of a strategy for moving toward ensuring access to abundant fruits and vegetables for all.

Three UC Davis speakers included:

Reina Engle-Stone, Assistant Professor of Global Nutrition, and Program in International & Community Nutrition Faculty Member
