Ghana: Quality Improvement Curriculum for Community Health

About This Curriculum

In Ghana, SPRING implemented a community quality improvement, or C-QI, program. By partnering with local non-governmental organizations to supervise C-QI teams, we focused on getting community members to demand better health services in their communities. C-QI team members came from different existing organizations in their communities, such as water and sanitation management teams or mother-to-mother support groups. This training curriculum is designed for C-QI team coaches and members about the QI process and how they can create and implement change ideas to improve health outcomes in their communities.
