In 2016, SPRING introduced the community video approach in Guinea working with our local partner, Winrock International and Digital Green. Through a rapid formative research process, SPRING identified specific nutrition and agriculture practices to improve dietary diversity through community video. SPRING then conducted video production trainings, targeted to local stakeholders, including staff from the agriculture training institution (ISAV). With support from the SPRING staff and collaborating with community actors, the local video production teams can design, script, film, and produce community videos that resonate with local people to help improve nutrition.
