Pathways to Better Nutrition: Uganda Case Study

The Uganda Nutrition Action Plan 2011–2016 (UNAP) provides a unique opportunity to understand how nutrition policy is translated into action. SPRING’s two-year (2014-2016) Pathways to Better Nutrition case study draws on qualitative and quantitative data to provide a 360-degree view of the Uganda Nutrition Action Plan (UNAP) process, including the policy, enabling processes and drivers, prioritization, and funding for nutrition described below.

SPRING Presents Lessons Learned from Budget Analysis

On April 16, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist Alexis D’Agostino presented on SPRING’s nutrition budget analysis work at Unite for Sight’s Global Health & Innovation Conference (GHIC) in New Haven, Connecticut. Bringing together 2,200 professionals and students from all across the United States and more than 55 countries, the conference is the largest global health and social enterprise conference in the world.
